No app store needed

Add Debt Challenger to your phone

You can save Debt Challenger to your phone's home screen so it opens like a normal app: one tap, full screen, with our shield icon next to your other apps. It takes about 20 seconds, it's free, and there's nothing to download from the App Store or Play Store. It's the same secure website, just quicker to get to.

iPhone or iPad

Use Safari (the built-in browser). This won't work in Chrome on an iPhone — Apple only allows it from Safari.

  1. 1Open debtchallenger.co.uk in Safari.
  2. 2Tap the Share button— the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen (or top on an iPad).
  3. 3Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. 4Tap Add in the top-right corner. Done — the shield icon is now on your home screen.

Android phone

Use Chrome (the browser most Android phones come with).

  1. 1Open debtchallenger.co.uk in Chrome.
  2. 2Tap the menu— the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. 3Tap Add to Home screen (some phones call it Install app).
  4. 4Tap Add (or Install) to confirm. The shield icon will appear with your other apps.

Good to know

  • It's completely free and uses hardly any space on your phone.
  • It's the same secure site — you stay logged in and your cases are exactly where you left them.
  • To remove it, just press and hold the icon and choose Remove or Delete — that only removes the shortcut, never your account.
